Proficiency in plan control within the precast industry is also essential. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis and design of precast structures in compliance with project requirements and SIA 262 standards. - Apply statistical methods to determine load values and assess structural performance under various conditions. - Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive structural solutions aligned with client specifications and regulatory standards. - Produce and review technical drawings, calculations, and plans to ensure precision and compliance. - Perform structural assessments and recommend design improvements or modifications as needed. - Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in precast structural engineering.
