Structrural Engineer / Civil Engineer

Job description	As we expand, we are in search of a talented Structural Engineer who either possesses expertise in statistics-load values with SIA 262 or is eager to learn, along with proficiency in controlling plans within the precast industry. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis and design of precast structures in accordance with project requirements and SIA 262 standards. - Utilize statistical methods to determine load values and evaluate structural performance under various conditions. - Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive structural solutions that align with client specifications and regulatory standards. - Generate and review technical drawings, calculations, and plans to ensure precision and compliance with project requirements. - Perform structural assessments and offer recommendations for design enhancements or modifications as necessary. - Assist in coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to precast structural engineering.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Prior experience in structural engineering, particularly with a focus on precast concrete structures, is advantageous but not mandatory. Understanding of statistics-load values in accordance with SIA 262 standards. Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools. Experience with controlling plans within the precast realm is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in the German language is preferred but not mandatory.
