Dar foundation headquarter

This project is located in the Gegharkunik region, Tsaghkunk village. The two-story semi-constructed building is located on a land plot with a total area of ​​2013.9 m2. it is planned to reconstruct the existing unfinished building into an office space. Original basalt on the facade is preserved as the primary cladding material allowing the building to be harmoniously integrated into the rural environment, on the second floor, basalt is partially covered with rough plaster on the facades. Changes have been made to the door and window openings due to functional solutions. The first floor consists of a common work area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and the arcades. The second floor consists of a common work area, a meeting room, Cabinet, a bathroom, and verandas.
