The private house is located in the Gegharkunik region, Tsaghkunk village with a total area of 181.40 square meters of infrastructure and 10ha of land.
The facades of the structure are covered cladding with plaster and basalt.
The house has been repurposed to serve as a guest house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Four bedrooms share a seating area.
